Replacing hoses
Make sure the hose clamp is moved away from the end of the hose. Grasp the hose with your hand and twist it, while pulling the hose towards you to disconnect it. If the hose has become stiff from use and does not rotate, cut it with a sharp knife and detach its ends from the joint.

Try not to use grease or soap to help install the hoses, although this helps to set the hose in its original position, it can also cause leakage of the working fluid. It is recommended to soften the edges of the hose in hot water, then wet the inside of the hose with water or liquid that will evaporate.
1. When connecting the hose to the coolant outlet fitting, first lubricate the sealing ring with coolant.

2. Make sure the yellow mark on the end of the coolant inlet hose is aligned with the yellow mark on the fitting.
Note.
- 1. Do not lubricate the O-ring with oil or grease.
- 2. Before installing the hoses, clean the fittings from dirt, dust and sand.
- 3: Insert the coolant pipe into the cylinder block socket until it stops.
- 4. Use only a new O-ring when installing.
