1. Pedal height.
  • Height from top of pedal to floor "A" - 163-168 mm

If the pedal height does not match this value, adjust according to the following recommendations.
  • 1) Pull back the brake light switch to a position where it does not contact the pedal lever.
  • 2) Turn the brake light switch until the distance between this switch and the pedal lever reaches the standard value, and then secure the switch with the lock nut.

  • The gap between the pedal and the brake light switch "B" is 0.5-1.0 mm

2. Free travel of the brake pedal.

3. Start the engine and press the brake pedal with approximately 500 N (50 kgf) force and measure the distance between the pedal and the floor of the car body.

  • the end of the pedal is pressed with a force of 50 kgf - 70 mm or more
  • when the pedal is fully depressed without brake fluid in the system - 50 mm or more
