Warning: Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with painted surfaces of the vehicle. Rinse the fluid off the painted surface immediately.
Note: When bleeding with pressurized fluid, do not press the brake pedal.
2. Connect a vinyl tube to the cylinder bleeder valve and lower the other end of the tube into a jar half filled with brake fluid.
3. Slowly press the brake pedal several times.
4. While keeping the brake pedal fully depressed, loosen the bleeder valve until brake fluid begins to leak out. Then tighten the valve.
5. Repeat the operation several times until air bubbles stop being released along with the brake fluid.
6. Tighten the air release valve.
Tightening torque of the air release valve:
- Front valves - 7-13 Nm
- Rear valves - 7-9 Nm
7. Repeat the above operations for each wheel in the sequence shown in the figure.
