Warning. Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with painted body surfaces. Wash off the liquid immediately from the painted surface.
Note. When pumping with fluid under pressure, do not press the brake pedal.
2. Connect a vinyl tube to the cylinder air release valve, and lower the other end of this tube into a jar half-filled with brake fluid.
3. Slowly press the brake pedal several times.
4. Keeping the brake pedal fully depressed, unscrew the air release valve until the brake fluid begins to flow. Then close the valve.
5. Repeat the operation several times until the release of air bubbles together with the brake fluid stops.
6. Tighten the air release valve.
Air release valve tightening torque:
- Front valves - 7-13 Nm
- Rear valves - 7-9 Nm
7. Repeat the above operations for each wheel in the sequence shown in the figure.
