Checking the integrated relay unit (Hyundai Accent MC)

The integrated relay (A) combines in a single housing the emergency alarm relay, the anti-theft alarm relay and the anti-theft siren relay.

1. Hazard warning relay: Connect the "+" and "-" of the battery to terminals 8 and 6 respectively and check the circuit between terminals 8 and 9 for a closed circuit. If no power is supplied, the circuit should be open.

2. Anti-theft siren relay: connect the "+" and "-" of the battery to contacts 11 and 4 respectively and check the circuit between contacts 11 and 3 for continuity. If there is no power, the circuit should be open.

3. Anti-theft alarm relay: connect the "+" and "-" of the battery to contacts 1 and 5 respectively and check the circuit between contacts 1 and 2 for a closed circuit. If there is no power, the circuit should be open.
