Removal and installation the front impact sensor (Hyundai Accent MC)

Removal

Caution: After disconnecting the battery terminal, wait at least 3 minutes.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Disconnect the front airbag connectors.

3. Loosen the screw, disconnect the connector and remove the front impact sensor on the right side. Tightening torque: 7-8 Nm.



4. Remove the front bumper.

5. Loosen the screw, disconnect the connector and remove the left side front impact sensor. Tightening torque: 7-8 Nm.

Installation

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
