Warning! To reduce the risk of injury in a traffic accident (accidents) or sudden braking, the driver and front passenger seatbacks should be in a position as close to vertical as possible. The effectiveness of the protection of seat belts and airbags can be significantly reduced when the seatback is reclined.
Warning! There is a strong possibility that when the seatback is reclined, the driver and front passenger could slide out from under the seat belt, resulting in serious injury if the vehicle collides in an accident.
Adjustable headrests
If the headrest needs to be pulled up, pull it out to the desired position. If you want to lower the head restraint, press the lock and at the same time push the head restraint down to the desired position.
Head restraint height adjustment
Warning! To reduce the risk of injury in the event of a collision, adjust the height of the head restraints so that the center of the head restraint is as close to eye level as possible. If there is a cushion or the like between your back and the seat back, this may increase the distance between your head and the head restraint and the effectiveness of the head restraints in the event of an accident will be reduced.
Warning! It is dangerous to drive a car with incorrectly adjusted head restraints or without them at all. Be sure to check that the head restraints are properly installed and adjusted. Failure to do so may result in serious injury to the neck area in a traffic accident.
