Removal
1. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and disconnect the negative (-) cable from the battery,
2. Disconnect the fuel rail pressure sensor connector (A).
3. Remove the high pressure fuel line (B) connecting the fuel rail to the high pressure fuel pump.

4. Disconnect the fuel rail pressure regulator connector (A).

5. Remove the banjo bolt (B), then disconnect the return hose (C) from the fuel rail.

6. Remove the intake manifold.
7. Remove the high pressure fuel line (A) connecting the injectors to the fuel rail.
8. Loosen the mounting bolts (B), then remove the fuel rail.

Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Note:
When connecting the high-pressure fuel line, tighten the connections to the specified torque using a special tool (09314-27110).
Tightening torque:
- Fuel rail mounting bolt: 19.6 - 26.5 Nm.
- High pressure fuel line fastening nut: 24.5 - 28.4 Nm.
- Banjo bolt for fastening the fuel rail: 17.7 - 27.5 Nm.
