Rear suspension trailing arm (Hyundai Tucson LM)

Replacement



1. Remove the rear wheel.

Note: Tightening torque: 88.3-107.9 Nm.


Caution: Be careful not to damage the hub studs when removing the rear wheel.


2. Loosen the bolt and nut and remove the trailing arm (A) from the rear axle.

Note: Tightening torque:
  • Trailing arm: 34.3-53.9 Nm.
  • Parking brake cable bracket: 6.9-10.8 Nm.

3. Remove the parking brake cable bracket bolt (A) and the height sensor bracket bolt (B).

4. Loosen the mounting bolt and remove the trailing arm (A) from the subframe.



Note: Tightening torque: 98.1-117.7 Nm

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
