Removal



1. Remove the ignition key from the lock.

2. Before starting work, disconnect the negative battery cable and wait at least three minutes.

3. Remove the side cover of the instrument panel.

4. Disconnect the passenger air bag switch connector.

5. Remove the passenger airbag switch (PAB).

Installation



1. Remove the ignition key from the lock.

2. Before starting work, disconnect the negative battery cable and wait at least three minutes.

3. Install the passenger airbag switch (PAB) into the side cover of the instrument panel.

4. Connect the passenger airbag switch connector (PAB).

5. Install the instrument panel side cover.

6. After installing the SRSCM unit, check that it functions correctly.

Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position, the SRS indicator light should come on for approximately 6 seconds and then go out.
