Checking the technical condition



1. Turn on the ignition.

2. Apply a flow of air with a variable temperature to the sensor through the air intake. Measure the resistance of the sensor between terminals 1 and 2.

The cabin temperature sensor is a negative temperature coefficient thermistor. As the temperature decreases, the resistance increases and vice versa.

Replacement



1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the right center deflector and disconnect the connector (A) of the interior temperature sensor.

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
