Checking the technical condition
1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Disconnect the ambient air temperature sensor.
3. Check the change in resistance between terminals 1 and 2 of the ambient air temperature sensor.
Note: Specifications:

4. If the measured resistance value does not correspond to the technical specifications, replace the ambient air temperature sensor with a known good one and check for correct operation.
5. If the problem is resolved, replace the ambient air temperature sensor.
Replacement
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the connector and remove the outside air temperature sensor (A).
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
