Replacement
1. Drain the refrigerant from the system.
2. Replace the faulty tube or hose.
Evaporator temperature sensor
Caution: Close any open fittings immediately to prevent moisture or dirt from entering the system.
3. Tighten the connection bolt or nut to the required torque.
Caution: Do not exceed the specified torque values in connections.
Note:
Required torques: Condenser - drain hose and condenser - liquid refrigerant pipe: 4.9 - 5.9 Nm.
Compressor - drain hose and compressor - suction hose: 4.9 - 5.9 Nm.
Expansion valve - evaporator: 11.8 - 14.7 Nm.
4. Remove air from the system and fill it with refrigerant.
Note: Nominal volume: 510±25 g.
5. Check the system for refrigerant leaks using a leak detector.
6. Check the operation of the air conditioning system.
