2. Align label (A) on the gear (IN) crankshaft with mark (WITH) on the body (D) oil pump.
3. Install the drive toothed belt in the following sequence:
crankshaft drive gear (IN) - Water pump gear (WITH) - Intermediate wheel (D) - Camshaft gear (E) - Timing belt tensioner (F)
4. Install the rod into the auto-tensioner mounting hole.
5. Using the key (A) (hexagon 5 mm), unscrew the lock (IN) bolt. Turn the tensioner (WITH) counterclockwise by turning with a key (E) bolt (D).
6. Turn the crankshaft clockwise by hand to select gaps and eliminate belt slack.
7. Tighten the stop bolt and pull out the stem. The tightening torque of the locking bolt is 10-12 Nm.
8. Install all elements in the reverse order of removal.
Note. Before installation, clean the upper and lower drive belt covers.
