
2. Align the mark (A) on the crankshaft gear (B) with the mark (C) on the oil pump housing (D).

3. Install the drive toothed belt in the following sequence:
Crankshaft pinion (B) - Water pump pinion (C) - Idler wheel (D) - Camshaft pinion (E) - Timing belt tensioner (F)

4. Install the rod into the installation hole of the automatic tensioner.
5. Using the key (A) (5 mm Allen key), loosen the locking bolt (B). Turn the tensioner (C) counterclockwise while turning the bolt (D) with the key (E).

6. Turn the crankshaft manually clockwise to select the gaps and eliminate belt sagging.
7. Tighten the lock bolt and pull out the rod. The tightening torque of the lock bolt is 10-12 Nm.
8. Install all elements in the reverse order of removal.
Note: Clean the upper and lower drive belt cover before installation.
