First remove the gearbox (A).
Note: Mark all disconnected plugs to ensure proper reconnection during installation.
1. Remove the camshaft drive toothed belt.
2. Disconnect the clamps (A) and remove the fuel return hose.
3. Remove the plugs. To do this:
- 1) Lift the plug (approximately 1 mm)
- 2) Turn the plug 90° clockwise
- 3) Remove the plug (B)
4. Loosen the injector mounting bolt (A) using the Allen key (B) (5 mm).
5. Loosen the bolts (B) together with the injector holders (A).
6. Remove the injectors.
7. Loosen the bolts (A) securing the cylinder head cover (B).
8. Remove the cylinder head cover (A).
9. Remove the injector holders (A) and bolts (B).
10. Remove the cylinder head cover gasket (A).
11. Remove the fuel line (A) connecting the high-pressure fuel pump (B) and the injection system pressure accumulator (C).
12. Loosen the mounting bolts (B) and remove the high-pressure fuel pump (A).
13. Remove the exhaust manifold.
14. Remove the intake manifold.
15. Loosen the mounting bolts (A) and remove the cylinder head (B).
