Remove gearbox first (A).
Note. Mark all disconnected plugs for correct connection during installation.
1. Remove the camshaft timing belt.
2. Disconnect clamps (A) and remove the fuel return hose.
3. Remove plugs. For this:
- 1) lift the cork (approximately 1 mm)
- 2) Turn the plug 90 degrees clockwise
- 3) remove cork (IN)
4. Loosen the bolt (A) fastening the injector using a hex wrench (IN) (5 mm).
5. Loosen the bolts (IN) complete with nozzle holders (A).
6. Remove nozzles.
7. Loosen the bolts (A) head cover fasteners (IN) cylinder block.
8. Remove the cylinder head cover (A).
9. Remove nozzle holders (A) and bolts (IN).
10. Remove the cylinder head cover gasket (A).
11. Remove the fuel line (A), connecting the fuel pump (IN) high pressure and accumulator (WITH) injection system pressure.
12. Unscrew the fastening bolts (IN) and remove the high pressure fuel pump (A).
13. Remove the exhaust manifold.
14. Remove intake manifold.
15. Loosen the mounting bolts (A) and remove the cylinder head (IN).
