1. Remove attachment drive belt (A).
2. Remove the crankshaft pulley (A) and bottom cover (IN) drive toothed belt:
3. Remove the top cover of the timing belt (A) and engine bracket (IN).
4. Align mark (A) on the camshaft gear (WITH) labeled (E) on the head (G) cylinder block and label (IN) on the crankshaft gear (D) labeled (F) on the oil pump housing (H), by turning the crankshaft clockwise.
5. Install the rod (A) into the mounting hole of the automatic tensioner (IN) toothed drive belt.
6. Using a special key (A) (5 mm) release the lock bolt (IN), then turn the auto tensioner (WITH) clockwise by turning the bolt (D) key (E). Tighten the lock bolt.
7. Remove the timing belt.
Note. If the toothed belt is to be reused, the direction of belt movement must be indicated with chalk before removal.
