Water pump
1. Check the water pump body for cracks, damage, chips. If necessary, replace the water pump assembly.
2. Check the pump bearing for noise and increased rotational resistance. If necessary, replace the pump assembly.
3. Check the seals for leaks. If any are found, replace the pump assembly.
Note: A small amount of "dew" from the drainage channel is considered normal.
Thermostat
1. Check the thermostat valve opening temperature by immersing the thermostat in hot coolant. Valve opening start temperature: 82 'C. Full valve opening temperature: 95°C. If the valve stroke at full opening is less than 8 mm, replace the thermostat.
