Electromagnetic clutch (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Check the gap between the clutch sleeve B and the compressor pulley A with a feeler gauge. The nominal gap is 0.15±0.15 mm.



2. While turning the pulley, repeat the measurements in three more places.

3. If the gap exceeds the permissible value, adjust it using adjusting shims.

4. Connect the compressor wires to the "-" and "+" terminals of the battery. Check the operation of the electromagnetic clutch by the clicks it makes.
