1) Fill the compressor with oil, stop the engine, drain the refrigerant and remove the compressor from the vehicle.
2) Drain the oil through the system drain nipple.
Note: Draining oil from a cold compressor is difficult. Before draining the oil, warm up the compressor to approximately 4-50°C.

3) Determine the amount of drained oil. If it is less than 70 cm³, this indicates a small oil leak. Check the tightness of all system connections, eliminate the leak or replace faulty parts if necessary.
4) Check the oil for contamination and restore its level to normal.

A. If there is no contamination in the oil.
B. If the oil is contaminated, clean the water separator after changing the oil.
