If the shoulder strap is positioned too close to the neck, the protective effect of the belt is reduced. The shoulder strap should not be placed on the neck, but should run along the middle of the shoulder on the door side and across the chest.
To adjust the height of the upper belt mount, move the mount down or up to the desired position. To move the mount up, pull it. To move it downwards, press it downwards while simultaneously pressing the lock button.
When you release the button, the mount will lock in the desired position. After this, make sure that the fastening is securely locked by pulling on the belt.
Warning:
- When the vehicle is moving, the adjustable belt fastening must be locked.
- Incorrect adjustment of the belt height may reduce the effectiveness of the belt in an accident.
