Removal
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the screws securing the lower decorative panel located under the instrument panel.

3. Remove the screws securing the side decorative panel and remove it from the instrument panel.

4. Remove the instrument panel support bracket on the driver's side.
5. Disconnect the connectors from the fuse box.
Examination
1. Make sure the fuses are securely seated in their sockets.
2. Make sure the fuse rating is correct for the circuit it protects.

3. Check the integrity of the fuses. If the fuse needs to be replaced, use a new fuse of the correct rating. Always determine the cause of a blown fuse and correct the source of the problem before installing a new fuse.
