Tightening torques: Nm: R/T: For vehicles with manual transmission; A/T: For vehicles with automatic transmission.
Removal
1. Remove the drive axle in the block with the gearbox and the clutch.
2. Remove the flywheel.
Examination
1. Check the flywheel surface that interacts with the clutch disc for damage and wear. Replace excessively worn or damaged flywheel.
2. Check the runout of the flywheel surface interacting with the clutch disc.
Nominal value
Flywheel runout 0.1 mm
3. Check the flywheel ring gear for damage, cracks and wear and replace it if necessary.
Installation
Install the flywheel assembly and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque
Flywheel bolt 120-130 Nm
