Disassembly
Clamp the differential housing in a vice.
Remove the differential drive gear by unscrewing the bolts in the reverse order shown in the figure.
Remove the differential case (3), bearings (1), cotter pin, pinion shaft, gears and washers.
Remove the side gears and spacer bushings.
Check the condition of the gears and bearings. Clean them and dry them. Apply transmission oil to them before assembly.
Install the axle shaft gears (4) and spacer bushings.
Install the satellite shafts (1), satellites and washers.
Install the cotter pin (A) into the hole (B).
Measure the clearance between the axle shaft gears (4) and the washers. It should be 0.025-0.150 mm. If the gap does not meet the standard, the assembly should be repeated using other spacer bushings.
Install the bearings (5).
Tighten the bolts in the specified sequence (according to the drawing).
