The coolant expansion tank is located in the engine compartment on top of the left mudguard and does not require maintenance. It is very important not to remove the filler cap until the engine has cooled down.
If it becomes necessary to replace the tank, disconnect the tank hose from the thermostat pipe.
Disconnect the fastening and pull out the tank together with the hose.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Add water or antifreeze solution to the reservoir so that the fluid level is above the "LOW" mark.
