Screw the steering tip onto the steering rod by the counted number of turns without tightening the lock nut.



Install the joint into the steering arm.

Tighten the castle nut to 30 Nm until the new cotter pin enters the hole.

Place the wheel according to the marks made. Lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel nuts diagonally.

To settle the suspension, rock the car. When the toe-in is set correctly, tighten the lock nut on the steering tip to 50 Nm.

When replacing the tie rod or tie rod end, adjust the tie rod end joint to the required dimensions (A and B), and then tighten the lock nut.
