Checking the rear window defroster switch (Hyundai Accent MC)

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the trim (1). Disconnect the connectors (2) of the rear window heating and hazard warning lights switches.



3. Use an ohmmeter to check the closed circuit between the connector contacts in different switch positions.
