Removal and installation
1. Release the power window handle bracket and remove the handle. The bracket is released by inserting a clean cloth between the handle and the door upholstery and, pulling the cloth against the ends of the bracket, hook the bracket and release it. In this case, it is necessary to pull the handle towards you so that after releasing the bracket it is removed from the splines of the power window shaft.
2. Remove the inner handle fixing screw, then push the handle towards the door hinges and remove it from the door upholstery.
3. Remove the inner cover and outer rearview mirror.
4. Turn out screws of fastening of an upholstery of a door.
5. Insert the door upholstery remover between the door upholstery and the door and release the clips. Disconnect electrical connectors.
6. Remove the door trim and lower the glass.
7. Remove the three screws and remove the speaker from the front door.
8. Remove window glass.
9. Remove the outer moisture barrier from the door.
10. Turn out screws and remove window regulator.
11. Remove the door glass guide.
12. Remove the linkage and lock actuator from the outside door handle.
13. Remove the door latch, modulator and outside door handle.
14. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Door position adjustment
1. Check that the door closes easily and properly. If the door has play, tighten the door hinge bolts.
2. If it is necessary to adjust the position of the door relative to adjacent surfaces, use the special tool 09793-21000 to adjust the hinges.
Warning! Attach the protective tape to the edges of the wing opposite the door hinge.
Door impact plate
1. Check that the door closes easily and properly. If the door lock is difficult to install on the impact plate, unscrew the screws securing the impact plate and moving it in the horizontal and vertical planes, achieve a normal closing of the door.
2. Adjust the position of the door relative to adjacent surfaces by moving the impact plate in a vertical plane.
Door glass
If the door glass does not close evenly, adjust the angle of the glass from the front to the back.
