1. Remove the fuse box cover.

2. Remove the starter relay (A).

3. Use an ohmmeter to check for continuity between each terminal.

4. Apply 12V to terminal 85 and connect terminal 86 to ground. Check the continuity between terminals 30 and 87.

5. If there is no continuity, replace the starter relay with a new one.

6. Install the starter relay.
