Switch - removal and installation
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the driver's airbag module.
3. Remove the steering wheel.
4. Loosen the screws and remove the steering column cover (A).

5. Disconnect the cruise control switch connector (A).

6. Remove the cruise control switch (A).
Note: When removing the switch, be careful not to damage the hook.

7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Checking the technical condition
Measuring resistance
1. Disconnect the cruise control switch connector from the switch.

2. Set all function switches to the on position (switch pressed) and measure the resistance between the terminals of the control switch.
3. If the measured resistance is not within the specified range, replace the switch.
Voltage measurement
1. Connect the cruise control switch connector to the control switch.

2. Set all function switches to the on position (switch pressed) and measure the voltage between the terminals of the control switch.
3. If the measured voltage is not within the specified range, replace the switch.
