Door trim replacement
Note:
To avoid damage to the cladding when using a flat-blade screwdriver as a lever, wrap the screwdriver with electrical tape. Tape also adjacent parts that require protection.
Wear gloves to protect your hands from injury.
1. Remove the inner triangular cover (A) doors with a screwdriver or a special puller.
2. Loosen the fixing screw and remove the case (IN) inside door handle.
3. Turn away screws of fastening and remove facing of a door (A).
4. Push in lock pin (A) and disconnect the connector (IN) power window.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note:
Check the correct connection of the connector and the reliability of the connection of all rods.
Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes correctly.
Replace damaged fasteners.
Replacing the inner handle
1. Remove facing of a door.
2. Remove the gasket (A) doors.
3. Loosen the fixing screws and remove the inner handle (A).
4. Disconnect the cable (IN) inner handle.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note: Make sure the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes correctly.
Glass replacement
1. Remove the following parts:
A. Door lining.
B. Door gasket.
C. Door seal.
D. Triangular door molding cover.
2. Loosen the fixing nuts and remove the rear chute (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 6.9 - 10.8 Nm.
3. Remove the plug from the glass mounting hole.
Attention.
Using the door switch, align the mounting hole with the hole in the door glass.
If this cannot be done with the switch, remove the motor and align the holes by hand.
Be careful not to drop the glass or scratch its surface.
4. Gently move the glass (IN) until the bolts appear, then unscrew them. Remove the glass from the guide and from the window opening.
Note: Tightening torque: 6.9 - 10.8 Nm.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note:
A. Make sure the glass moves up and down without binding.
B. Adjust the glass if necessary.
C. Make sure the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes correctly.
D. Replace damaged fasteners.
Speaker replacement
1. Remove facing of a door.
2. Disconnect the connector (A) dynamics.
3. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the loudspeaker (A).
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note:
Fix the speaker with sheet metal screws.
Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes correctly.
Check the correct connection of the connector.
Power window motor replacement
1. Remove facing of a door.
2. Remove the door gasket.
3. Disconnect the connector (A).
4. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the electric motor (A) window regulator.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note:
Lubricant must be applied to rotating parts and springs.
Make sure the glass moves up and down without binding.
Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes correctly.
External handle replacement
1. Remove the cover, unscrew the fixing bolt.
2. Remove the cover (A) pens.
Note: Tightening torque: 6.9 - 10.8 Nm.
3. Remove the outer handle (A), by moving it back.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note:
Make sure the glass moves up and down without binding.
Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes correctly.
Door module replacement
1. Remove the following parts:
A. Door lining.
B. Door gasket.
C. Glass.
D. External handle.
2. Turn away a bolt of fastening (A).
3. Loosen the fixing nuts and remove the rear chute (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 6.9-10.8 Nm
4. Turn away bolts of fastening of the door module and screws of fastening of the lock.
5. Remove the door module (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 6.9-10.8 Nm
6. Disconnect the connector (A) and connector (IN) power window motor.
7. Remove the wiring retainers.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note:
Lubricant must be applied to rotating parts and springs.
Make sure the glass moves up and down without binding.
Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes correctly.
