Glass position adjustment
Note: Inspect glass guide grooves for damage or wear and replace if necessary.
1. Remove facing of a door.
2. Remove the door gasket.
3. Gently move the glass (A) until the bolts appear, then release them. Remove the glass from the guide and from the window opening.
4. Make sure the glass moves smoothly.
5. Raise the glass completely and check the gaps.
Make sure the glass is evenly in contact with the guide chute.

Door position adjustment
Note: After installing the door, make sure that it is flush with the surface of the body, then check the gaps between the edges of the door and the body around the entire perimeter of the door. Check the parallelism of the edges of the door and the body. Replace mounting bolts before adjustment.
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface while adjusting the doors.
2. Check up parallelism of edges of a door and a body.
3. Adjust the hinges (A):
A. Slightly loosen the door mounting bolts and move the door in and out until it is flush with the body.
B. Slightly loosen the hinge bolts and move the door back and forth, up and down until the gaps on both sides are the same.
C. To prevent damage to the door while adjusting it, place a commercial cloth on the jack.
Note: Tightening torque:
- (B): 34.3 - 41.2 Nm.
- (C): 9.8 - 19.6 Nm.
4. Lubricate the rubbing parts of the hinges in the indicated places.
5. Check the door for water leaks.
