Rear bumper (Hyundai Tucson LM)

Replacement

Note:

To avoid injury when levering with a flat-head screwdriver, wrap the screwdriver with electrical tape. Wear gloves to protect your hands from injury.

Be careful to avoid damage to the bumper and other components.

1. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the rear combination light (A).

2. Press the locking pin and disconnect the connector (B).



3. Loosen the screws securing the side parts of the rear bumper, then detach the clips and the side parts.



4. Loosen the mounting bolts.



5. Press the locking pin and disconnect the rear bumper main connector (B).



6. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the clips, then remove the rear bumper (A).



7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Note:

Make sure the connector is connected correctly.

Replace any damaged fasteners.
