Front axle 2.7 GSL automatic transmission, 2.0 GSL manual transmission, automatic transmission, 2.0 GSL automatic transmission — assembly (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Wrap the drive shaft splines to prevent damage to the dust boots.

2. Apply lubricant to the drive shaft and install the boot.

3. Install the clamps on the boot.



4. Install the damper (A) onto the drive shaft (B), install and tighten the damper clamp (C).



5. Align the timing marks (D), then install the three pod assemblies (A) and the retaining ring (E) onto the splines of the drive shaft (C).



6. Place lubricant into the anthers and tighten the mounting clamps.
