Clutch Master Cylinder — Installation (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Connect the tube (A) to the master cylinder.

2. Connect the tube to the hose manually and then tighten to the required force.



3. Install the tube into the bracket and secure it with the clamp (A).

4. Install the master cylinder.

5. Lubricate the friction surfaces of the pushrod where it attaches to the clutch pedal using SAE J310a or NLGI No.2 grease



6. Install the clutch pedal pusher.

7. Pour brake fluid into the system.

8. Remove air from the system.
