Clutch Master Cylinder — Removal (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Drain the brake fluid from the system through the air bleed nipple (A).



2. Remove the pusher (A) by removing the cotter pin (C) and washer.



3. Disconnect the supply pipe (A) from the master cylinder side.



4. Remove the bracket (A).

5. While holding the nut on the hose (B), unscrew the tube nut (C).



6. Remove the supply pipe.



7. Disconnect the hose (A) from the master cylinder.

8. Unscrew the nuts securing the working cylinder. Remove the cylinder.
