
Replacing the clutch pedal
1. Remove the pusher (A) by removing the cotter pin (C) and washer.

2. Unscrew the pedal mounting bolt.
3. Lubricate the friction surfaces at the clutch pedal mounting points using SAE J310a or NLGI No.1 grease.
4. Install and tighten the pedal mounting bolt.

5. Install the pusher, washer and cotter pin.
Adjusting the clutch pedal
1. Measure the height of the clutch pedal above the floor and the free travel of the clutch pedal. The height of the pedal should be 250-254 mm, the free travel - 6-13 mm.

2. If the pedal height above the floor is not correct, use the bolt to adjust the pedal height, then tighten the lock nut.
Note: After adjustment, tighten the bolt until it touches the pedal stop, then tighten the lock nut.
3. Rotate the rod to adjust its length to the new pedal height, then secure the rod with a nut.
