Replacing the clutch pedal



1. Remove the pusher (A) by removing the cotter pin (C) and washer.

3. Lubricate the friction surfaces at the clutch pedal mounting points using SAE J310a or NLGI No.1 grease.

1. Measure the height of the clutch pedal above the floor and the free travel of the clutch pedal. The height of the pedal should be 250-254 mm, the free travel - 6-13 mm.
