Intake and exhaust systems — removal (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Remove the engine cover.

2. Remove the air filter hose.

3. Disconnect the throttle cable.



4. Disconnect all connectors and hoses (for more details, see section "Removal the cylinder head").

5. Remove the resonator (A).



6. Remove the fuel rail (A) as an assembly.



7. Remove the intake manifold (A) and gasket.





8. Remove the crankcase guard.



9. Remove the front outlet pipe (A).



10. Disconnect the oxygen sensor (lambda probe) connector.

11. Remove the thermal insulation (A).



12. Remove the exhaust manifold (A) and gasket (B).
