Removal and installation the intake system (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Remove the engine cover.

2. Disconnect the connectors of the Throttle Position Sensor (A) and Idle Air Control Valve (B).



3. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hoses (A) and breather hoses (B).



4. Disconnect the throttle cable.

5. Remove the line (A).



6. Remove the heater hoses (A), solenoid valve hose (B) and brake booster hose (C).



7. Remove the intake manifold fasteners (A).

8. Remove the intake manifold.



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
