Maintenance is carried out every 12 months or after every 15 thousand km. Every 12 months (15 thousand km) works marked (•) are performed every 24 months (30 thousand km) the work marked (••) is being carried out

Engine



(•) Engines and engine oil: oil and oil filter replacement, visual inspection for oil leaks. (*)

(•) Cooling system and heater: checking fluid level, antifreeze concentration. External inspection of radiator leaks and contamination.

(•) V-belt: Check the tension and condition of all belts. (*)

(•) Engine: check idle speed and CO content.

(•) Air filter: check appearance, contamination or replace. (*)

(••) Air filter: filter replacement (*).

(••) Muffler: Check for damage.

Gearbox, wheel drive



(•) Manual transmission, automatic transmission: check the oil level, top up if necessary.

(•) Joint boots: check for integrity and tightness.

(•) Clutch mechanism: checking operation. (*)

(••) Clutch: Check fluid level.

Brakes, wheels, tires



(•) Brake system: check pipes, wires, hoses, brake cylinders and joints for integrity and tightness. Check and, if necessary, top up the brake fluid.

(•) Disc brakes: checking the thickness of the brake pads, the condition of the brake discs. (*)

(•) Parking brake: Check that the parking brake is working properly.

(•) Tyres: Checking tread depth and tyre pressure (including spare tire).



(•) Wheel nuts: Tighten to the specified torque.

(••) Drum brakes: Check the thickness of the brake shoes and brake drums. (*)

(••) Brake system: replace brake fluid.

Steering



(••) Power steering: check operation, add hydraulic fluid if necessary. (*)

(••) Steering ends: check for play and fastening, check dust boots.

(••) Steering: check the steering play, check the seal for integrity and tightness.

(••) Front and rear suspension: Check parts for damage.

Body



(•) Paintwork, underbody protection and cavity preservation: check and repair if necessary.

(••) Seat belts: integrity check.

Electrical equipment

(•) Windscreen wiper: check the blades for wear.

(•) Battery: Check voltage and electrolyte level.

♦ Engine ignition system: replacing spark plugs (except platinum spark plugs).

♦ Automatic transmission: oil change. (*)

After 4 years or 60 thousand km



♦ Ignition system: checking or adjusting the ignition.

♦ Suspension: checking wheel bearing play. (*)

♦ Cooling system and heater: replacement of coolant.

In 5 years or 75 thousand km



♦ Gearbox (front wheel drive): oil change. (*)

After 6 years or 90 thousand km



♦ Engine: replacement of timing belt, (*)

♦ Engine ignition system: replacement of platinum spark plugs. (*)

* Under severe operating conditions: trailer operation, frequent cold engine starts, predominantly short-distance trips, driving on poor roads, high dust levels - service intervals are halved.
