Removal
Caution: After disconnecting the battery terminal, wait at least 3 minutes.
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
3. Disconnect the connectors from all airbags and seat belt pretensioners.
4. Remove the floor console.
5. Disconnect the connectors (1 and 2) from the control unit using the levers, after first pressing the lever locks.
6. Loosen the screws and remove the control unit. Tightening torque: 10-14 Nm.
Installation
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
