1 – bolt, 8–10 Nm; 2 – ignition lock switch; 3 – return spring; 4 – clutch pedal bracket; 5 – nut, 19–28 N·m; 6 – bushing; 7 – clutch pedal; 8 – clutch pedal cover.


Removal



1. Remove the cotter pin, washer and pin with head and hole for the cotter pin.

2. Remove the clutch pedal mounting bolt.

Examination



1. Check the pedal arm and bushing for wear.

2. Check the clutch pedal for bending or deformation.

3. Check the return spring for damage and loss of elasticity.

4. Check the clutch pedal cushion for damage or wear.

5. Check the continuity between the ignition lock switch contacts.



Installation



1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
