Rear axle (Hyundai Tucson LM)

Removal and installation

1. Perform steps 1-12 in the "Removing and installing rear drive shafts" section.

2. Remove the lower arm (A) from the wheel support (B).

Note: Tightening torque: 137.2 - 156.9 Nm.

3. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

Checking the technical condition

1. Check the hub for cracks and the splines for wear.

2. Check the brake disc for scoring and damage.

3. Check the wheel support for cracks.

4. Check the bearing for cracks and damage.
