1. To avoid damaging the anthers, wrap the splines (VTJ joint) of the drive shaft with tape.

2. Install the BJ (Bearfield) joint boot, having previously lubricated it from the wheel side.

4. To install the dynamic damper (A), hold the shaft (B) strictly along the damper axis. Fix the dynamic damper (A) with the clamp (C) as shown in the figure.

7. Install the clamp into the housing (B) of the VTJ (tripod) joint.



8. Add the same amount of recommended grease to the joint boot as was collected during inspection.

9. Install the VTJ (tripod) joint boots.

10. Install the clamps on the VTJ joint ("tripod") boots.

11. Using the special tool (09495-ЗК000), secure the clamps.

Note: Gap (A): 2.0mm.
