Rear axle coupling (all-wheel drive vehicle) — removal and installation (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Loosen the bolts securing the coupling to the cardan shaft.



2. Using the pry bar (A), disconnect the propeller shaft (C) from the coupling (B).



3. Loosen the bolts securing the coupling (A) to the rear axle (B).



4. Disconnect the plug (A) of the electric coupling.



5. Using the special tool (A), disconnect the clutch (B) from the final drive (C).





6. Remove the coupling (A) assembly.



7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
