2. Install the oil pump cover (A) and tighten the mounting screws (B) to a tightening torque of 8-12 Nm.
3. Check the smooth rotation of the oil pump rotors.
4. Remove the old sealant from the mating surface of the oil pump housing with the cylinder block.
5. Apply new sealant to the pump-block mating surface as shown in the figure. Use sealant MS 721-4019.

Note.
- To prevent oil leaks, it is necessary to apply sealant to the holes where the oil pump housing is attached to the cylinder block.
- Install the housing five minutes after applying the sealant.
- Do not start the engine for 30 minutes after installing the oil pump.
6. Install a new sealing ring into the cylinder block.
7. Engage the pump drive gear with the crankshaft gear.
8. Tighten the pump body mounting bolts to a tightening torque of 12-15 Nm.
9. Using a special tool, press in the crankshaft seal.

10. Install the oil receiver and crankcase.
11. Install the timing belt, drive belt, generator, front exhaust manifold, install the right front wheel, fill with engine oil.
12. Start the engine and check for oil leaks.
13. Recheck the oil level.
