Removal the oil pump of the G4GC engine (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Drain the engine oil.

2. Remove the drive belt.

3. Turn the crankshaft until the white mark on the crankshaft pulley aligns with the mark on the lower cover.

4. Remove the camshaft drive toothed belt.

5. Remove the oil pan and oil receiver.

6. Remove the oil pump housing.



7. Loosen the mounting screws (B) and remove the oil pump cover (A).



8. Remove the outer (B) and inner (A) rotor.
