
2. Using a ruler and feeler gauge, measure the gap between the pump rotor and the housing cover. The permissible gap value is 0.020-0.070 mm. If the gap exceeds the permissible value, it is necessary to replace the oil pump assembly.

3. Unscrew the oil pressure sensor from the engine.
4. Using an ohmmeter (A), measure the continuity of the circuit between the terminal (B) of the sensor and its housing (C). If the circuit is open, replace the sensor.
