1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery terminal and wait at least 30 seconds.
3. Disconnect the plug (A) from the nozzle.
4. Disconnect fuel lines (A) connecting the high pressure accumulator with the injectors.
5. Remove stopper (IN), then disconnect the fuel return pipe (A).
6. Click on the cork (A) top, then turn clockwise and remove.
7. Loosen the bolt (A) nozzle holder, then remove the nozzle.
8. Install a new O-ring.
9. Install the nozzle assembly. Do not touch the spray nozzle.
10. Apply oil to the nozzle tip and block head.
11. Install the nozzle clamp and tighten the locking bolt with a tightening torque of 25-29 Nm.
12. Install plug (A), by turning counterclockwise.
13. Connect the high pressure fuel line (A) to the pressure accumulator and to the injectors. The tightening torque of the connecting nuts is 25-29 Nm.
14. Connect the fuel return pipe (A). Install retainer (IN).
15. Connect plug (A) wiring to the injector.
16. Connect the negative battery terminal.
17. Start the engine and check the fuel system for leaks.
