1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery terminal and wait at least 30 seconds.
3. Disconnect the plug (A) from the injector.
4. Disconnect the fuel lines (A) connecting the high pressure accumulator to the injectors.
5. Remove the stopper (B), then disconnect the fuel return pipe (A).
6. Press the plug (A) from above, then turn it clockwise and remove it.
7. Loosen the injector mounting bolt (A), then remove the injector.
8. Install a new sealing ring.
9. Install the injector assembly. Do not touch the injector spray.
10. Apply oil to the injector tip and to the cylinder head.

11. Install the injector clamp and tighten the lock bolt to a tightening torque of 25-29 Nm.
12. Install the plug (A) by turning it counterclockwise.
13. Connect the high-pressure fuel line (A) to the pressure accumulator and to the injectors. Tightening torque of the connecting nuts 25-29 Nm.
14. Connect the fuel return pipe (A). Install the retainer (B).
15. Connect the plug (A) of the electrical wiring to the injector.
16. Connect the negative battery terminal.
17. Start the engine and check the fuel system for leaks.
