High pressure fuel pump — removal and installation (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Turn off the ignition.

2. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery terminal and wait at least 30 seconds.

3. Disconnect the high pressure fuel line (A).

4. Loosen the flange bolt (F) and disconnect the fuel supply pipe (B) from the fuel filter.

5. Disconnect the fuel return line (C),

6. Loosen the three mounting bolts (D) and remove the high pressure fuel pump (E).

7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
