Replacing the capacitor (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Remove the refrigerant from the system.

2. Remove the expansion tank of the cooling system.

3. Unscrew bolt A and remove bracket B.



4. Loosen bolts A and disconnect the pressure pipeline. After disconnecting, secure the pipeline to prevent contamination.



5. Unscrew bolts A, remove capacitor B. Remove carefully to avoid damaging the capacitor or radiator.



6. Assemble in reverse order, taking into account the following:

• when installing a new condenser, it is necessary to add refrigerant and oil to the system;
• replace all seals with new ones;
• before installing the seal, lubricate it with a small amount of oil;
• use seals for R-134a refrigerant;
• make sure the new capacitor is securely installed;
• charge the system with refrigerant and test it.
