Fixed stem antenna

Your vehicle uses a fixed-rod antenna to receive AM and FM signals. This is a removable antenna. To remove it, turn it counterclockwise. To install it, turn it clockwise.
Attention:
- Always remove the antenna before washing your car in an automatic car wash, otherwise it may be damaged.
- When installing the antenna, tighten it tightly, this is important for high-quality radio reception.
Retractable antenna

Your vehicle uses a retractable stainless steel antenna to receive AM and FM signals. Pull out the antenna with your hands as shown in the figure.
Note: Always fold the antenna before washing your vehicle in an automatic car wash or entering a low-ceilinged area.
Electric powered antenna

The antenna will automatically extend after turning on the radio power with the ignition key in the "ON" or "ACC" position. The antenna will automatically retract when either turning off the radio power or turning the ignition key to the "LOCK" position.
Note:
- Before turning on the radio, make sure there is no one near the antenna.
- Before washing your car in an automatic car wash or driving into a building with low ceilings, make sure the antenna is folded.
- If the antenna is dirty, clean it to avoid damage.
Antenna on glass

When the radio power is turned on and the ignition key is in the "ON" or "ACC" position, AM and FM signals will be received via the antenna located on the rear window.
Attention:
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrapers to clean the inside surface of the rear window, as this may damage the antenna's sensitive elements.
- Avoid adding metallic coatings such as Ni, Cd, etc. This may degrade AM and FM reception.
